The foundations of Kartallar Holding were laid in 1972 when our founder Hasan Kartal came to Ankara from Rize and started working in his field. In 1985, he established his first company HAS-KAR Map Cadastre Engineering Taah. ve Tic. Ltd. and has managed to add value to its brand power in every process by howing a continuous growth. Today, Kartallar Holding, one of the leading contracting companies in Ankara, is a national brand that has managed to add value to every institution it comes into contact with and every sector it serves.
The success it has achieved since the first day it opened its wings, has broadened Kartallar’s horizons and provided the motivation and courage to serve in different fields. Kartallar Holding, as a contracting company, has proven its brand reliability, and provides professional services in the planning and construction sector.
Hasan Kartal, our founder, has made it a principle for himself and his family to support students in need of financial support since the establishment of Kartallar Holding. The financial and moral support that started in 1986 before the establishment of Hasan Kartal Educational Foundation contributed to the education life of students by providing hundreds of scholarships. He established the Hasan Kartal Education Foundation in 2017 in order to deliver these supports to more young people in a more organized way.
